Art Hotel Novacento is right in the centre of Bologna, just how I like it. I can’t remember a lot about it specifically, except that it was reasonably accessible and quite roomy. The shower was a marble affair with a 1 cm lip at the door. It’s quite narrow so if you need help your helper is probably going to get a shower as well. I think the lift was a little tight, but okay for my power chair.
It’s pretty cute, with those curved timber windows you see at the top of French buildings. We felt a bit like we were in a boat. Pretty expensive, but this is a pretty classy hotel, with slight pretensions towards Bohemia.
Centre of town: can’t beat it.
