This is a good restaurant in a backstreet called Via del Suffragio, founded in 1586.
The staff were fun, and the kindly accommodated us without a booking although they are pretty busy.
Access was ok and the food is great. I recommend the scallops.
The kitchen and more tables are down steep steps so the waiters keep pretty fit.
It also has vegan and vegetarian although we didn’t try them.
